Attendance

School starts at: 8.45am
School finishes at: 3.15pm
 

The nursery sessions for F1 children only are:

Mornings 8.30am-11.30am
Afternoons 12.30pm-3.30pm
 

To help your child achieve good attendance at Forest Town Primary, please remember to:
 

• Make sure your child arrives at school on time. The bell rings at 8:40am and school begins at 8:45am
• Contact school on the first day your child is absent by 9am: 01623 477211 office@foresttownprimaryschool.co.uk or via the school office Class Dojo
• Arrange medical, dental and optician appointments outside of school hours
   

If you have any problems or worries about your child’s attendance, get in touch with us as soon as possible. We are here to help.
 

All children need to achieve and maintain at least 96% attendance.
