Treehouse
The Tree House is our nurture group. It enables the children who initially find it difficult in their mainstream class to benefit from a small group setting.
Our Tree House has been accredited twice by The Nurture Group Network, receiving the Marjorie Boxall Quality Mark, something we are very proud of. The principles of nurture underpin all of our work and are shared in all of our classrooms
The Tree House is open every morning so our children can experience a calm and purposeful environment and timetable. Depending on their individual needs some children join us on a part time basis and some full time.

Zone Areas:
Kitchen Zone
We all enjoy breakfast time but we all have jobs to do as well!
It could be making breakfast, setting the table or even washing up.
Relaxed Zone
This is where we come together to share our news. Eeyore helps us with our listening and communication skills.
Work Zone
We access the curriculum in different ways. It could be through topic work, a book, baking, drama, science experiments and environmental activities.
Sensory Zone
This is our special sensory room. It provides a calm and relaxing environment,
We also focus on our feelings with our feelings tree. It helps us talk about how we are feeling everyday.
